Ross want to make a company that can extend "pleasure of play with nature", which people have been forgotten or it has not been known yet, in Hokkaido where is held rich nature.

Ross started to run NAC with 1 raft and a handmade paddle. Everyday he repaired broken wooden handmade paddle in order to use it next day.

12years passed that was adventure for everyone who is not only customers but also staffs. NAC's challenge, which started with nothing and felt our way, changed into "Giving new pleasure to more people and sharing impression" and it keeps continuing in the future.
